Foster isn't a rookie. And I don't see how Charles is a proven commodity but Foster is risky. Foster closed out last season pretty well. And Charles put up great stats but they were all against some of the worst run defenses in the league. Now this year they've made it sound like he isn't going to get 20 carries a game and has to compete with TJ.
Non-PPR I think I like Foster here. Better O-line and just a better team in general around him. There's no competition on touches either. If KC's O-line was better it might be a different story but they aren't very good.
