Foster isn't a rookie.

He's a rookie to the NFL. Last year he was on a practice squad. I don't know about Foster personally... On a team that needs RB's badly, to take one from a practice squad and start him seems desperate by the coaches in my eyes. Charles is going against SD who was 20th in rush defense last year, allowing 117 yards per game and 10 rushing TD's all year. My only doubt is his share with Jones. But I still like CHARLES OVER FOSTER. (at least for week one)

lol What does that mean? He played in 4 games last year and practiced all year with HOU. He's not by any means a rookie. And he actually did really well when they gave him the ball. It has nothing to do with desperation. In Tennessee they ran a similar zone blocking scheme where he was pretty effective when he got touches. He has some talent and should be able to produce.

JC is not the starting Back T Jones is. I would go with Foster until JC gets that motor running which we all know he will.
