Pick 2: Hines, Floyd, and Celek. PPR. WHIR.

Postby DannyG » Fri Sep 10, 2010 11:51 pm

Hey All,

I'm already starting the following:

WR- Roddy White
WR- Steve Smith (NYG)
WR- ???

TE- Dallas Clark
Flex (WR/TE)- ???

Who fills in those last two slots? Right now I'm going with the 2 WR, since Celek's preseason has scared me...

Thoughts? WHIR.

Yep, I really like Malcom Floyd as well. I am starting him over Boldin this week, so I would say start Floyd for sure. I think I would go with Celek as well, because who knows how Hines Ward will be with Dixon at the wheel.

Thanks for the help on mine.

I would definitely go with B. Celek because I think K. Kolb will have to rely on him a lot and I don't think Green Bay has done a great job covering tight ends in the past.

Even though D. Dixon is unknown, I still think he will rely heavily on H. Ward if he does throw, so I would go with him.

Floyd for the matchup and situation. Celek should do well vs GB and should be used frequently by his inexperienced QB as a safety valve in this tough game.

Hines on the bench due to running offense while QB is up in the air. Not a safe bet for many catches.

Sit Hines this week and evaluate the situation in Pit.

I would sit Hines as well, until the Pittsburgh passing game situation clears up. Celek and Floyd are good plays this week.

thanks for the help with mine.
