sjax trade! WHIR

Postby rustyk » Sat Sep 11, 2010 4:19 pm

Heres the offer for my sjax..

I give: Steven Jackson
I get: Clinton Portis, Dez Bryant, 1st round pick next year, and 3rd round pick next year

League is a keeper league where you can keep 5 players- he will likely finish in the bottom half of the league giving me a top pick

My Starters:

QB: Flacco
RB: C Johnson, Matthews
WR: Fitz, Jennings
Flex: S Jackson
TE: Witten
K: Hartley
Def: MN

Bench: Driver, Maclin, S Moss, Hightower, Holmes, Palmer, Camarillo

Let me know what you think of the trade and leave a link for help in return!

I would definitely take this trade. That is an absurd offer.

Edit: Just thought about it, those would be 6th, 7th, and 8th round picks. I take it back, I would not take that trade.

I don't play keeper leagues, so it's tough for me to get into that mindset. You are giving up way more value this year, for his first 3 picks next year, You think he'll end up in the bottom 5 this year, but what about if he adds a potential top 5 RB for a couple of bench players?

help?

12 Team League. We start 2 QBs and get .5 PPR, otherwise standard scoring
QBs: Stafford, Fitzpatrick, Collins
RBs: Charles, Mendenhall, Best, Starks, Carter, Karim
WRs: D. Jackson, Marshall, S. Smith, Green,
TE: Hernandez, Cook

I would go for it because IMO you are picking up a keeper for next year in Bryant plus his draft picks. Right now Sjax is your Flex guy and looking at your team I think you could play weekly match ups and match his output for most weeks.

Dez could be a keeper, but SJax already is. Looking at your roster, if you kept CJ, SJax, Mathews, Fitz and Jennings, you've got a stud at each of the skill positions. Plus, it could cost you something this year.
