Benson is safest. Spiller was a pre-season hero, but a risky play. Especially with no passing game to spread the D. But you never know. If you want to be adventurous, play Spiller. It could very well pan out. He'll at least get you a handful of points since he's the starter.

Benson here no questions in my mind about that one. Benson will get a majority of the carries in Cincy and post some decent stats. Spiller is on a bad team, a bad offense and he will end up splitting carries each week. Also, imo, you will have to hope that Spiller gets one big play to get some pts, where Benson, while not terribly exciting, he is going to be steady and consistent each week. Good luck.
