I think I'd go with Garcon here. I think if Delhomme can play at least mediocre this year than Massaqui will get the opportunity, but not sure what will happen with him yet. I do think that Willliams will eventually be a top wr in the league, but his qb has been hurt and not sure what you will get from him early in the season. Good luck.
