RB2 help... Jacobs, Forsett, or Wells

Postby avslpfan81085 » Sun Sep 12, 2010 9:56 am

So I'm starting off the season with a bind in week 1 at running back. I am starting Ryan Grant against the Eagles, but need to pick one more of the following three guys:

Brandon Jacobs vs. CAR (supposedly is now Bradshaw's backup)
Justin Forsett vs. SF (Niners defense... enough said)
Beanie Wells vs. STL (questionable this week)

Scoring is 1 point per 20 rush yards, 1 point per 20 receiving yards, 6 pts per TD, and 1 point per reception

I know I need to work toward getting a top RB2, but I'm waiting for a suitor for Romo that can net me a decent back and haven't drawn any interest as of yet.

I'd lean towards Forsett out of the three options...

Thanks

I'd say Forsett. Wells won't play much, if at all. Jacobs has a chance to take a goal-line carry for a score, but has little value in PPR. The yardage might not be huge but Forsett could catch a couple passes out of the backfield.
