start driver over smith(CAR)?

Do you think Driver will have a bigger game against the Philly defense compared with Steve Smith (CAR) over the Giants?

Pros - poor philly secondary (coming from an eagles fan!!)
Cons - Driver is not a first choice receiver.

I have to go Steve Smith here. He has a favorable matchup and will be targeted.
With the way things are looking, Rodgers will be going to Rodgers and Finley more than Driver.
