How to Improve?

So even with three players still left I got my but kicked because my receivers suck and my TE is not 100%, I know I need better WR's but I really like my RB's and don't want to trade them, what kinda trades should I do to upgrade?

Is this a 12 team league? You could try trading LT to the greene owner, but that's all I really see. Hope Naanee or Williams breakout.
