As long as it's between owners who are competitive and trying, approve it.

Definitely don't sell any higher than that. But yeah, no reason it shouldn't be allowed.

No problem what so ever... Thats a smart owner taking advantage of an owner in panic mode. Any smart Foster owner would try to upgrade the RB and sell the hype. No way you veto this one.
