Week 2 WW D **WHIR**

Postby prophecy135 » Mon Sep 13, 2010 10:24 am

gettin an early start on looking at which D to run out from the WW for week 2. Currently have the bears who didnt look terrible, but they played the lions.. available are:

Tennessee vs. Pittsburgh
Denver vs. Seatle
Cleveland vs. Kansas City
Carolina vs. Tampa Bay
Oakland vs. St. Louis

at first glance, I'm leaning towards Carolina vs. Tampa or Oakland vs. St. Louis. also, KC's special teams looked good, not sure if cleveland would be able to move the ball against them like SD did.

In another league I have the ones listed above, and also San Diego vs. Jacksonville.

I had a similar question but it was never answered. My league has the Pats and KC D's available. I thought the KC D might be good because it's the Browns and they are turnover prone and I think KC is alot better this year than most think (was not surprised by last night's win).

Carolina probably won't be bad but I don't think it's a home run.

Tenn. vs Pit. is interesting. If you can get either, but IMO especially Tenn, I would strongly consider that as well.

I know I'm not giving any clear cut answers but as I said I have a similar question, this is just my thought process.

IMO it would be

Tennessee

KC

Carolina

in that order...

I’m not stoked on any of those options really. I think if I had to choose I’d go with Oakland just because rookie QB’s have a tendency to turn the ball over and it should end up being a low scoring affair.

thanks all for the responses! Im not really feeling any of these matchups, Tenn is interesting as Pittsburgh had a hard time doing anything against the Falcons, but St. Louis is going against a rookie QB and a offense that struggles to move the ball.

Keep em coming! and leave a link if you need any help

I like Tennessee in both of your leagues. PIT is going to be on the road against a good defense and they just got yet another lineman hurt. I'm definitely looking at picking them up in a couple of my leagues.
