I hope you have another QB. If it's for your back-up, what bye week is your starter? If it's late enough, might as well wait and see. And I would hold onto Knox. Some of those you listed may end up consistently outscoring Knox, but I wouldn't do somehting based on 1 week.

12 Team League. We start 2 QBs and get .5 PPR, otherwise standard scoring
QBs: Stafford, Fitzpatrick, Collins
RBs: Charles, Mendenhall, Best, Starks, Carter, Karim
WRs: D. Jackson, Marshall, S. Smith, Green,
TE: Hernandez, Cook

Agree that you shouldn't overreact to Week 1, but that said I can see preferring Collie over Knox regardless. Both guys are in a situation where they're competing for touches and you can make the argument that Knox is in a better position competing with Hester and Aromashodu than Collie is competing with Wayne and Garcon, but I just think the general productivity of the Indianapolis passing game is likely to be so much more consistent that Collie just might be the better buy.

Hold on to Stafford until there's more news on his injury though.
