Royal/Clayton better than McCluster/Mason?

Postby AsianChexMix » Tue Sep 14, 2010 9:26 am

I drafted McCluster and it was amazing to see him return for that TD (as I jumped out of my seat) but his role appears to be special plays on offense which limits his production. As for Mason, I felt as if Housh was getting more looks but it also appeared that Revis was covering Mason most of the time so being on Revis Island might be the cause of concern for that. Are any of those two better than the WW WRs of Royal or Clayton in PPR league?

I don't think so. McCluster can play return man, WR and RB so I would hang onto him.. His role might increase as the seasons furthers. Mason is still a nice target even though Housh and Boldin are around. He's an experienced vet. I would hang on to both. Thank for the help with mine.

I'm pretty high on Royal right now. The whole Broncos offense TBH. Simply because they spread the ball and run alot of 3 WR sets. None of them are household names but I think Loyd, Gaffney and Royal are all gonna have good years and I picked up Orton as I was a tad thin at QB for my taste. I think Seattle's D comes back to earth this week (30th in pass defense last year) and the Broncos "O" (win or lose) gives us owners some points. At least I hope so, or I look like a total moron!
