Drop Spiller, pick up Jackson...WHIR

Should I frop CJ Spiller and pick up Brandon Jackson?

My current roster rb's are:

Frank Gore
Cedric Benson
LT
Justin Forsett
CJ Spiller

Can only start 2, in a non ppr league.

I'd drop Forsett first, but it really depends how skeptical you are of the Bills' offense being too horrific for anyone at all to produce. I expect Spiller to be the best fantasy player on that team this year -- what that means is up to interpretation and I'll grant Forsett has a high stealing if he can keep Washington from stealing touches too.
