PPR Dynasty trade help WHIR

Hey guys, I received a trade offer in a PPR Dynasty league, 4 pt passing TDs, all other TDs 6 pts.

We start 8, carry 22 total. I have been offered Hardesty, Ringer, James Jones & a 2nd round pick for next years rookie draft for my Brandon Jackson and a 3rd rounder next year.

Here's my roster,
QB-Flacco, Orton, Garrard, McCoy
RB-ADP, Rice, Grant, D.Brown, B.Jackson
WR-Jennings, SS (CAR), MSW, Mason, Manningham, Washington, Burleson, Gilyard
TE-Clark, Heap, Scaife
DEF-NOS

So its a good deal for me in the future as Hardesty could be a monster if he is able to get back, I lose Jackson's production until Grant is back but I think it might be worth it. Plus Jones is a nice handcuff for Jennings.

So what I'm asking is, any reason not to do this? Leave a link, WHIR,
