Weak at RB, some questions

My current RB Corps:

CJ Spiler
Knowshon Moreno
Darren Sproles

Yeah I know. Solid at QB and WR though.

QBs I have Brady, Flacco, and Orton-- got Flacco for $5 in an auction draft, and Brady for $16 on the next bid, didn't expect them to go that cheap.

Bottom line is one guy in my league (Who is also a Ravens fan) has Cutler and Favre at QB and wants to trade for Flacco.

His RBs:

Ryan Matthews
Michael Turner
Brandon Jacobs
Marion Barber
Willis McGahee

This is my first time in a fantasy league, and so far he's offered me Favre and Barber for Flacco. That really doesn't interest me at all, though correct me if that's a decent trade. Any suggestions regarding a trade?

Another question: I'm mulling over dropping Sproles for Peyton Hillis, thoughts?
