Waiver claim for Nanee?

Was impressed by his performance last night (realize the long TD was fluky) but noticed he was Rivers favorite target in 3rd/4th passing plays with V-Jax gone. Here's who is currently stashed on my bench. Any of them worth dropping to make a waiver claim for Nanee?

Bernard Scott (own him as a handcuff for Benson)
Jacoby Jones
Mike Williams (TB)

If you're in a PPR league, it's close between Jones and Naanee, but both Jones and Williams have bigger upside. And as we just saw with Ryan Grant, you do not drop your handcuff for a middle of the road player. Unless of course, you're sickly deep at RB, in which case maybe. But if you had the higher waiver claim, you'd take Brandon Jackson first, right?
