Should I Trade Brandon Jackson?

Postby munstermann » Tue Sep 14, 2010 4:16 pm

So I picked up Brandon Jackson last monday because I have the ability to forsee the future. Though I suppose I should refine those skills so that I don't get stuck with an injured QB in week 1 (Kolb). ha, anyways, Just got an offer for him.
Shonn Greene, Larry Fitzgerald, and Michael Vick ::FOR:: Brandon Jackson

I'm tempted to shoot this down. I already have massive depth at WR, and I feel like Anderson doesnt have the confidence to throw into double coverage on Fitz so he'll be chucking it to Breaston a lot. Furthermore I feel that Green's dismal performance means the Jets will have a split backfield. Vick is the only tempting part of this, since my QB situation sucks, ecspecially with kolb getting injured last week. Thoughts?

The following is my roster for ESPN 12-team IDP PPR Keeper League. As you can see my only weak spot is QB

QB: David Garrard
RB: Frank Gore
RB: Beanie Wells
RB/WR: Brandon Jackson
WR: Reggie Wayne
WR: Miles Austin
TE: Brent Celek
DEF: Jets
K: Ryan Longwell
LB: Stephen Tulloch
LB: James Harrison
DL: Trent Cole
DL: Shaun Ellis
DB: A Cromartie
DB: Yerimiah Bell
DP (flex): Brian Urlacher
::Bench::
QB: Kevin Kolb
QB: Matt Hasselbeck
WR: Steve Breaston
WR: Legedu Naanee
WR: Hines Ward
RB: Steve Slaton
RB: Willis McGahee
DB: Charles Tillman
DB: Eric Weddle

There is absolutely no reason for you to take that deal. Let somebody come to you with a deal involving a QB, or go out and find one. Good luck!
