B. Jackson or B. Wells off Waiver

Postby britdevine » Tue Sep 14, 2010 5:04 pm

Someone just released Wells, should I nab Jax or Wells.

I will be dropping D. Brown to pick them up, I have #1 WW, and am stacked at HB, I'm just picking them up for trade bait

This really is a no brainer. Jackson is the way to go. Beanie is sharing the ball with Hightower when he does see the field, and he's already struggling with injury this year. Jackson steps right into the role that Grant had before. I wish I had the #1WW, I have Grant in my big money league and fortunately still scored a ton of points in the first week, bumping me to the back of my WW priority. He's first on my priority in every league of mine. Get him since you can.
I'm sorta new here...

I think Beanie has more value, I dont think Hightower is gonna play much once he gets back with the fumbles

I actually like Beanie better too. Jackson looks pretty sweet now, but there is speculation that Green Bay is already looking to add an experienced running back into the fold due to Grant's injury (Lynch and Parker have been mentioned). I see them for sure doing this. GBay was a pre-season favourite to go far this year, there is no way that they put their season on an inexperienced back's shoulders so I definitely seeing them going out to acquire someone. Beanie is more talented. Go with him.
