Pick Up Panthers D?

Ive got the 49ers D vs. New Orleans and Giants D vs. Indy. Should I drop one of the defenses I have now and hope the Panthers can help me out for a bit?

Yes I'd drop the 49ers D to get the Panthers for the week 2 start. Those other two matchups are terrible. No big deal if somebody snatches up the 49ers Defense (it won't happen anyway).
