Who to pick up/trade for?

With a starting roster of Cutler, Best, Bradshaw, A. Johnson, Wayne, D. Clark, Nicks, Akers, and Giants DST in a 1.0 PPR league, I killed my opponent week one, and therefore have the last overall waiver priority in the league, meaning I can't exactly pick up the most sought after players.

My roster's biggest problem is I have no back-up QB, will eventually need another kicker and DST, could use some running back depth, and am going to get absolutely killed week 7 thanks to four starting players on BYE.

I'm considering picking up B. Green-Ellis in light of the Maroney trade, as I expect Taylor (who I have) to go down at some point. Should I make a waiver for a deep sleeper like that, or make a shrewd trade, like for a guy like C.J. Spiller to go along with my Fred Jackson?
