I have san fran defense against new orleans, so i'll drop them, even though i think that defense will do good this year, (they were put in bad positions sunday becuase of their offense), don't think anyone will hurry to pick them up, so which defense should i pick up for next week? and out of these group, who do you think would be the better defense going forth.
i'm kinda leaning to tenn, kansas city, and ne for this week.
Tennessee vs Pit Tampa Bay @Car Atlanta vs Arizona New England @ NY JETS Kansas City @ Cleveland Carolina vs TB

New England is probably the best of the group in the long-term, though it's worth mentioning that they gave up 428 yards to Cincy this past week and only looked good in fantasy because of the two defensive TDs.
But for this week specifically, I like Kansas City. Delhomme is walking around in a boot, so Cleveland will either be starting a hobbled has-been or a rookie. Plus KC's defense didn't look half-bad against San Diego.
I still like Carolina, they will harrass TB's Freeman all day long, i like Carolina SHORT-TERM....That is how i do my D's...Week to week I am starting Carolina

Same here, Will be picking carolina up tomorrow after they clear waivers. However If NE is available I would not turn them down either against the Jets.
I would actually go with Tennessee... They shut down Oakland pretty well last week, and their secondary was looking great. Pitt also just didn't look the same w/o Big Ben.

who would you go with 2nd?, bucs know carolina pretty well, and i feel josh freeman has a better year in his 2nd year....ne does have a great match-up this week and next week too.... also watching last night, kc did look very good on d, but they might have a letdown game after beating a big division rival.
well, look like its between, carolina, kc, and ne, this is a hard desision.

Pats D on the road, not very good against the run....I dont LOVE the matchup with LT/Greene. KC is tough to play at home, would never start that D on the road.
To me it is pretty easy, Carolina gets turnovers and TB really has no offensive threats..I am starting Carolina without hesitation
