Hey all. I'm having issues after last weeks sub par performances by a couple of my guys. Thought I would get some advice here. Here is my potential starting roster:
qb--Brady
rb--Gore
rb--Benson
wr--C. Johnson
wr--S. Smith (Car.)
te--V. Davis
flex--Orton
k--Akers
D--Baltimore
--------------------
Bench
Henne
Thomas Jones
Vincent Jackson
Braylon Edwards
Percy Harvin
Hakeem Nicks
After Gore, Davis and Johnson's week, I'm wondering if I start Nicks? Drop Benson and go Jones even tho he is sharing the work load? It's a non PPR 6/td 2/int league. Any help would be appreciated. Leave me a link and i'll take a look at your question.
If I had Nicks, I'd start him. I just see the Mannings trying to show each other up and passing all over the place. And about Jones vs Benson, I think Benson is the safer play.
while us fans would love to see a duel of the mannings with nonstop passing, the fact is that last week the colts lost even though manning passed for 400+ yards, and the texans won by running non-stop. I think New York is going to try and replicate the texans gameplan and run the ball as much as possible. That being said, i think nicks gets fewer targets than last week. I would keep your lineup as-is.

That is a great point guys. Thanks for the input. That being said what about this scenario:
Colts at home, lost a big game. They are MAD. They take it to the Giants, NYG is forced to play from behind, Eli HAS to pass to make up for playing from behind most of the game....I mean obviously no one can say absolutely for sure but alot of people feel like the Colts are gonna jump all over the Giants and really hammer them from the start, which makes my scenario more plausible. Thanks for the feedback!
I assume you meant drop Benson to the bench, not drop him to the WW. I'd leave the line-up as is, start Gore, Benson, CJ, Smith, Davis, and Orton You do have a good team, you just had a bad week
Stewie: [hitting on some co-eds] I must say, the most recent campus sporting event was quite spectacular.
Co-ed: Aw. Are you in a fraternity, little boy?
Stewie: Not yet, but I'm thinking of joining I Felta Thigh.
Ya, Benson is staying on the roster lol just meant to the bench, sorry for not being clear. I'm just gun shy from Nicks going crazy and the potential for a Manning vs. Manning aerial assault where Nicks gets target 10+ times and does it again, while CJ stands around waiting for Hill to get him the ball, ya know? Ugh FF how you make me cry! haha
