Drop McCluster or M. Williams (TB) for a DEF this week? WHIR

Postby skinny d » Wed Sep 15, 2010 10:10 am

My Team:

QB: Schaub, Cutler
WR: Ochocinco, Knox, Collie, Mike Williams (TB), McCluster
RB: Turner, Benson, Foster, Forte, B Jackson
TE: Z Miller
K: Prater
D: NYG

So I need to get another D this week (NYG facing INDY), but not sure who to drop. I just picked up B Jackson and will eventually trade a RB for a WR upgrade, but not a lot of need in my league just yet (facing the Grant owner this week) and I want to see how this plays out before making any major moves.

So who to drop this week:

M Williams
D McCluster (he can be played as a WR or RB in my league which is nice, but probably won't utilize it with my current stable of RBs)

OR

Should I just drop the NYG D and play a weekly matchup if I lose them?

Drop the NYG D - easy there or KC RB as he's 3rd in line

I agree, but if you must drop one then drop McCluster as Williams is the wr weapon in TB.

Personally I think the Giants defense is worth holding on to, so in that case I'd drop McCluster. Williams is ona weak offense, but he is hands down their biggest receiving threat.

Your suggestion? http://www.fantasyfootballcafe.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=473769
