Moss or Welker against Jets

that is tough, but i think a healthy moss is a must start, with or without revis.

I would start Welker over Moss. Take a look at Welker's numbers from last season against the Jets. In their second meeting, Welker had over 200 total yards. In their first meeting, Welker didn't play, but Edelman had a big game. Revis will blanket Moss and Brady will throw to Welker the entire game IMO.
