Finley or Welker?

No TE mandatory. Benching Welker for Finley last week cost me my matchup. TD heavy league, no PPR. 2 point bonus for 100 yards or more. I have Jennings as well from GB if that impacts anything. Rest of my team:

It depends how TD heavy it is weighted. I think Welker could have a big game but he's not a TD guy (last week was a bit of a fluke). With the bonus for 100 yrds I think I'd go Welker.

Welker went off for 192 yards against the Jets in week 11 and Tom Brady has already conceded that they aren't going to challenge Darelle Revis. Less targets for Moss means more work for Welker.
