Decent QB question

I opted to wait a long time before getting a QB in my draft since I believe they are all very interchangeable after the first few elite ones. Anyhow, I am trying to figure out which one to start this week. Either Carson Palmer who put up very good numbers in week one, but is up against a tough Ravens D this week. Or, McNabb who put up lackluster numbers in week one, but is up against a seeminly much weaker D in Houston.
Any info would be greatly appreciated, and I will help you guys out any way I can.

Eh, I may go with McNabb. Palmer is easily confused by complex defenses and Houstons pass defense isn't that great.
