Lost Grant. Trade advice

I lost Grant. The guy who nabbed Jackson is offering him to me in the following trade:
Romo+B. Jackson for Brees+Sproles

I've still got the following guys at RB:
Forte, Mendenhall, Hillis, Portis, F. Jones, Sproles

League rules are PPR, 2RB, 2WR, 1RB/WR
(I've got Austin, Welker, Breaston, S. Moss, Driver at WR)

Thoughts?

Cowboy line is pretty scary right now, but they are loaded w/ talent on the offensive side of the ball.

IMO Sproles will never be consistent enough to be start worthy.

I see a slight downgrade at QB, and what could be a vast upgrade at RB.

Take a look at Forte's schedule - he's not a guy I'd want to rely on as my sole RB2 going forward.

I like the starting lineup of

Romo
Mendenhall, Forte, Jackson
Austin, Welker

More than the starting lineup of

Brees
Mendenhall, Forte
Austin, Wleker, Driver

I'd take the deal and hope that Jackson pans out, IMO it's worth the gamble, and the Romo/Austin connection is 1 of the few QB/WR1 combonations that really makes sense to me (Manning/Wayne, Brady/Moss, Schaub/AJ being the other 4 very lucartive combos IMO)
