I add/drop Kickers & D to have more position player depth. Most people son't lkie this but I have won the past 4/5 years. But what could I improve on? Any help would be nice.

Also it's a Non-PPR FLEX league (All TDs=6)

Your team is pretty stacked, even for a 10 teamer. Very nice depth as well. You don't need to improve anywhere but you upgrade at QB or WR3 by packaging your backup RB/WRs with Nicks or Flacco for a top 7 QB or top WR.
