Non PPR league, need one of the following:
Steve Smith NYG v. Colts
Malcom Floyd SD v. Jax
Donald Driver GB v. Buffalo

My lean is Floyd at this point (due to 12 targets last week).

I honestly don't think you can go wrong with any of these choices.
Smith is awesome and only gets a downgrade because all of the G Men WR are awesome.
Floyd gets the targets and will start making more plays I believe.
Driver has Aaron freaking Rodgers throwing to him!

All that said, I'd start Smith. Nicks is banged up and I think battle of the Mannings will be an air show!

You think the Mannings will be an air show? A. Foster had a field day last week against Indy. I think they're going to run the ball. The Chargers will always be a throw first team, now that Rivers is the man. I like Floyd. He's the top WR on the team, and with everyone focusing on Gates, he should see his fair share of looks. D. Driver isn't the top option in Green Bay, but with A. Rodgers, there is probably going to be enough receptions to go around.

I'd go with Floyd.
