Dang, AZ State is giving Wisconsin all they can handle. I thought it'd be a blow-out... kinda like Nebraska at Washington.

WOW did Jake Locker and those Pooches look like complete junk today. Nebraska could be for real folks. Three guys in triple digit rushing yards for the Huskers, 385 total rushing yards to the Huskies 247 TOTAL yards, just a flat good ole fashioned smacking.

Too much pressure on Locker? He folding? 4/20 71yd, 1TD, 2INT today.

Thats what the press is starting to question, but I'll say I'm still the biggest Jake Locker supporter out there. If he isn't the #1QB taken then there is something wrong. Luck is a stud too, but Locker is the unquestioned total package at QB.

Nebraska is certainly "for real." And Locker doesn't have a whole lot to work with.

Locker is heading down the Jevan Snead path - thought to be a 1st round pick before heading into his last year of college and then not even drafted in the NFL Draft.

Regarding Locker - Nebraska plays defense like nobody else in college. Pelini installed a bunch of stuff he picked up from Green Bay and New England, and he has the ability to teach kids how to pull it off in just a couple of years.

I was nervous heading into the Washington game today. They have potential, and Locker is no slouch. He just happened to be facing one hell of a defense without a full offense around him. Put Locker on Sarkesian's 2012 team and you've got a heck of an offense, I'm sure.

Locker isn't the first QB to suffer at the hands of a Bo Pelini defense. Landry Jones, Tyrod Taylor (minus one play ), Colt McCoy, Blaine Gabbert, Nick Foles and now Locker. It's a long list.

Nebraska might be for real. We can score now, unlike last year. But our defense is geared toward stopping the pass, and we have been gashed on the run by every opponent this year. We'll see what happens when we play Kansas State or Texas. If we're undefeated after those two games... we could be on to something.

I got a chuckle out of this...

I'm watching Clemson @ Auburn go into OT. They toss the coin, Clemson chooses D and Auburn is asked what end of the field. The guy says, "We wanna play in front of the student section over there."
