Embarrassement of Riches! Who 2 Start? WHIR

Postby bstock123 » Sat Sep 18, 2010 8:49 am

Difficult choices in my 10-team, PPR league. Okay, "embarrassement of riches" may be an exaggeration, however, esp. w/ winning my bid for Brandon Jackson, I feel I have a lot of great options this week (but no one that's necessarily a "lock" w/ CJ2K's tough matchup v. Pit).

I need 2 RBs, 2 WRs, and a flex from among the following:

RBs: C. Johnson, A. Foster, A. Bradshaw, K. Moreno, B. Jackson
WRs: L. Fitzgerald, B. Marshall, S. Smith (Car)

Any thoughts appreciated! Thanks in advance! And WHIR, as always!

At RB, I would definitely go with C. Johnson and A. Foster. They have much more potential than your remaining options as they are on high-powered offenses, don't really share carries with anyone, and how their team utilizes them is not questioned.

At WR, I would definitely go with B. Marshall and S. Smith. I'm not sure if L. Fitzgerald is playing at full strength, and I'm definitely not confident with D. Anderson throwing him the ball.

However, the FLEX decision is much more difficult. I think A. Bradshaw, B. Jackson, and L. Fitzgerald could all produce similarly. I would give the slight edge to L. Fitzgerald, because he is more proven than B. Jackson and A. Bradshaw may lose some carries to B. Jacobs.

Even after Foster's week last week I'll give Bradshaw the nod here and definitely C. Johnson.
I see you have flex too so you can play Foster too.
And the wr's I'd play are Fitz and Marshall. Too many q's about Smiths qb.

Help me please:

RBs: C. Johnson, B. Jackson
WRs: L. Fitzgerald, B. Marshall

I have a great stable of backs myself. Still have Foster in the start line up, but feeling like pulling the trigger on McFadden??? (also starting for me is Brandon Jackson & Jaamal Charles)
