Drop Meachem for Shipley/Royal/Massa/etc - PPR - WHIR

I'm looking on the WW, and there are a lot of good WRs out there for a PPR league. They'd more be bench players, with the intent to monitor. I like Shipley and Royal in PPR leagues, but which would you take a chance on? Meachem is hit or miss from week to week, and will never rack up a lot of receptions.
