Forte or Mathews? WHIR!!

Postby Koppertopp » Sun Sep 19, 2010 8:53 am

Hello All, I'm licking my wounds from last week in which I lost because I started Mathews over Forte so I'm a little gun shy to go w/Mathews again this week. Who would you start?

Forte - Chicago (@ Dallas)
Mathews - SD (vs. Jacksonville)

WHIR, Thanks.

This is really a tough one, I guess your RB1 is one of the truly elite guys, because I'd be ecstatic to start both. I'd probably go with Mathews in a much better matchup.

tough, but I too would stick with Matthews.

I know it is the martz offense, but I just don't think you can count of over 100 yards receiving on a regular basis from Forte. I don't see them being able to run the ball at all, like less than 40 yards rushing. I would go Matthews.

I think you gotta trust in Matthews this early. If he is not reliable by week 4 I think its time to plug in Forte.

I wouldn't expect anything near what Forte put up on Det last week against Dal.
Stick with Matthews another week and see what happens. Match up wins out on this one.
Thanks for help with mine. How do you put that link in if you don't mind help there...??

Sell Forte now before the game...plug matthews in.
