Start Witten or Cooley?

PPR League

Normally I would roll with my bonafide starter (Witten) but can't help but think Cooley may have a much better game again. Should I stick with Witten or start Cooley over him this week?

Witten. Cooley may have a better TD chance, but I think Witten will be targeted a good amount this week and should rack up points in a PPR format.

Dallas is going to smoke the Bears and you should get in on that action with Witten.
12 team H2H league, standard scoring, no PPR.
QB: Cutler, Kitna
RB: All Day AP, CJ2K, F.Jax, R.Brown, S. Greene, Dixon
WR: G. Jennings, Roy Williams, M. Williams (sea)

I like Cooley. McNabb looks his way an awful lot and there are no options on Washington besides Moss.
