I don't know why the Texans are working so hard to rush Johnson back. They should be able to beat Oakland without him. Seems it would make more sense to give him another week to recover. Even when he's healthy, he has problems with Asomugha [sp?]. I picked up Jacoby to fill in for Johnson.
Buy him low if you can. I won't trade him. I guess some owners might.
Texans WR Andre Johnson (ankle) is planning to play Week 4 against the Raiders. "I'm just trying to do everything I can to be on the field," Johnson said. "I'll get over to the stadium early. I'm preparing to play." If Johnson finds the field, he'll square off against Nnamdi Asomugha, who he has five catches in three games against. Regardless of what Johnson says, it should be a true game-time decision, and owners don't have to wait for him at 4PM if they have solid options going before.

Good luck buying low on him, he's still the best WR in Football & dude is tough as nails.
I own him in 2 of 4 leagues this year & I wouldn't move him for anything less than that another top flight WR & a second tier RB - if someone were to offer me say Reggie Wayne & Ahmad Bradshaw I'd think about that.
Guy is trying to have his 3rd consecutive 100 catch, 1500 yard season - week 2 is an solid reflection of what he's capable of any given week - 12/158/1 - after leaving breifly to have his ankle retaped...
All that said, I do think they should let him sit this week - IMO the Texans should be able to absolutely roll Oakland w/ or w/out Andre.

I've proposed a trade of Ray Rice for Andre Johnson in my FFL. I'm stacked at RB with Gore, Forte, Hillis, Bradshaw, and Kuhn. I searched out teams with weakness at RB and stud receivers and thought this would improve balance for both teams. What do you think?

I think you should post this in the appropriate forum.

Rice has been under-performing so it may take a bit more to land AJ. You can try this forum for better responses. viewforum.php?f=18

Andre Johnson (ankle) will be inactive for Sunday's game against the Raiders.
Kevin Walter and Jacoby Jones will be the starting receivers for the Texans. Although it's a big blow to Johnson's owners this week, it's probably for the best. Constant aggravations of the ankle sprain would only lead to long-term problems. Look for Johnson to now be healthy for Week 5.
A. Johnson decision coming Sun.: Texans coach Gary Kubiak said Friday that WR Andre Johnson will be a game-time decision for Week 5 vs. the Giants, but there is a lot more optimism this week than last when Johnson sat out against the Raiders. “He’s obviously much further along," Kubiak said. "Last week at this time, I think we did not feel good about it. We were still hoping, but we feel much better from what we’ve seen from him this week. As long as there are no setbacks, I feel a lot better than I did last week.” Johnson did manage to take some reps in practice Friday and he seemed encouraged after practice. "Today is the best I've felt (this week)," Johnson said. "The other brace I had was much taller. I felt like when I was running it kind of limited me."

The chances of Johnson playing this weekend certainly look better than they did heading into Week 4, so his Fantasy owners should probably pencil him in their lineups for now. While the Giants have been solid against Fantasy wide receivers this season, Carolina's Steve Smith went for 75 yards with a touchdown Week 1 against them. Reggie Wayne went for 96 yards and a score for the Colts Week 2 and even the Titans' receivers managed a touchdown in Week 3 against the Giants. A healthy Johnson is a must-start for Week 5
