I would definitely go with R. Brown as your first choice. He has the most potential to see touches and although he has a difficult match up, he should be the least risky play. I believe your second choice is between B. Jackson and E. Royal. I would give the slight edge to B. Jackson, as I believe he will see a significant amount of opportunities against Chicago, but I wouldn't blame you for going with E. Royal, especially in a PPR league.
