I'd steer clear of Mathews unless you hear that he's 100% by gametime. He stands to lose carries this week anyway and could be a little risky. Otherwise, I'd say to start him. I'd go with Addai over Bryant, as Bryant's banged up, too...
I'd go with Hightower, especially if Wells is out again. He'll get more touches than Dez, so more chances for a TD. Steering clear of Matthews this week.
I say Addai because he will get plenty of opportunities (though brown is cutting into his work load)
I'm a SD fan and I think Mathews still needs to prove himself a bit especially with the injury. Tolbert may steal some touches as well as sproles. Not sure who is the goalline back yet as well, tolbert looked great last week.
If this were ppr I'd say Dez...he gets a lot of targets and this should be a high scoring passing game..Dallas running game sucks and houston will put some points on the board...I'm almost tempted to say Dez, but I'd play it safe and go with a RB
