Vick/Best for DeAngello/Mendenhall

8 team league, standard yahoo except 6pt QB TD, 45yd QB = 1pt.

This would be my Vick/Best for his Mendenhall/Best. He has Kolb and Romo, so I'm thinking he might bite. He loses some value at RB, but he makes up a lot in QB and Best is potentially a high upside RB. I'm actually worried I'm giving up too much, but I like DeAngello's upside and think Carolina rights the ship.

WR - Wayne, Maclin, Knox, Bowe, Rice
RB - Rice, Best, Charles, Bradshaw, Hightower
TE - Clark

HIS TEAM
QB - Romo, Kolb
WR - Smith.Car, Ocho, Nicks, Housh
RB - Peterson, Mendenhall, DeAngello, Mccoy, Bush, Scott
TE - Celek

I like this trade for you. Vick is not really worth anything to you since you have Rodgers. You basically only need a backup for his bye week so there's no reason to hold onto Vick. You will increase your depth with this trade and with the uncertainty with RB injuries, this will be toward your benefit.

Do you realize Best already has 5 TDS.. I wouldn't do it. Best is the man in Detroit. D.Williams will split time with J.Stewart(give Stewart a little time to be 100%) Granted Best is on Detroit..but like i said he already has 5 TDs...He is the Best man...lol

True, but it depends on whether you think Best will keep it up. I like him enough, I just wonder if he can be as productive once opposing defenses start game-planning around him and not dropping back into coverage to stop Megatron, Pettigrew, etc.
