Beginner: Roster Ratings?

Hi all. I'm new to Fantasy Football. My boyfriend actually got me into it. I, however, am not new to Football. I'm a LOUD and PROUD Dallas Cowboys fan, and don't try to convince me otherwise

Just looking for a quick rating from the folks here at this friendly place. I'm playing in two leagues, NFL - For Fun, and ESPN - For Money.

What do you think of my teams?

I dropped Jerome Harrison, and I picked up Peyton Hillis.

I just droped Dexter McCluster in my NFL League and picked up Demaryus Thomas.
Looking to get another RB there, as Darren Sproles is Hot and Cold... not sure yet.
