I'm torn over who to play at WR and Flex this week, seeing as I have some decent bench options. We're in a 12-man league; I start 2 RB, 2 WR and a flex. Assuming I start Ray Rice and Jahvid Best at RB, I have these options for WR and Flex:

T. Jones at SF
Any thoughts on who to start? I'm tempted to start LT over one of my receivers; is this a bad idea?
