Trade for Flacco? WHIR

A manager in my league has expressed interest in Tony Romo (on my team) because of Flacco's poor performance. I think the Flacco will turn it around and would like to strike a deal that involves Romo and Flacco to benefit my team. I have posted both teams below. It's a 12-Team, PPR, League. Does anyone have and trade suggestions. Thanks in advance and WHIR.

I don't think you're in any position to trade away Romo at the moment. Joe Flacco is inconsistent at best and if he doesn't work out as you want him to, Garrard would be your only backup, and that can't be good.

If you really believe in a Flacco turn around (i'm 50/50 on this, but I don't think he'll turn it around to have a better season than Romo, that's for sure), then I'd try to trade Romo for Flacco + a solid starter. Maybe sell high on Best and get Gore? Or try to pry Moss from him since his stock may be a bit low.
