Bowe or Murphy? WHIR

So I have narrowed my WR3 spot to:

Bowe vs SF

or

Louis Murphy vs ARI


The way I see it, Bowe has done it before but I hate Cassel and the 9ers are a good def, albeit against the run more than pass, but still. Murphy seems to have a connection with Gradkowski and is the deep threat on a team with no real other options. Also, ARI is terrible against the pass. Leaning towards Murph, but I feel like Bowe could burn me, especially if KC is down a ton to SF.

It's a difficult decision, but I would stick with D. Bowe for now. He is playing on the better offense and I believe Kansas City will have to pass significantly against San Francisco's defense. L. Murphy has great potential, but the Oakland offense is in shambles right now.

I agree, plus KC should be losing and will have to throw the ball more. Bowe is a talented WR who will get his in those situations.

Murphy is OK, but OK at best.

Dwayne Bowe is a proven receiver once he is thrown to accurately (note, accurately)

If you must choose, i'd go with Bowe.

I would go with Murphy. The Cardinals are among the worst teams in the NFL in terms of fantasy points given up to opposing wide receivers giving up 26 per game. They stink. SF is one of the best, #7 in the league at 15.5 per game. Also they have the talent and will be fired up they need a win. I think Bowe is the more talented reciever and better option most weeks and in the long run. But IMO you have to play the hot hand and match up this weekend. Start Murphy.
