In your situation i would use Tolbert for this week.

I'm pretty sure i remember reading that Matthews is OUT meaning Tolbert will get the TD's again this week.

For this week, I would give the slight edge to M. Tolbert over L. Tomlinson. I think he should receive a bit more carries, so his potential for production is slightly higher.
