Hakeem Nicks, if he for real or a fluke?

Postby jurob » Sat Sep 25, 2010 4:34 pm

Started him in week one and it obviously paid off. Week two he got a late td and did pretty much nothing the whole game.

I'm thinking of benching him in favor of Dez B or Mark Clayton.

I like Clayton and he appears to be the Rams number one versus number 2 like Nicks and Dez.

What would you do?

Yeah its hard im personally in the same dilemma. I have to pick 3 out of Desean, MSW, Nicks and Don Driver. I keep going back and forth on who to play, MSW or Nicks. Its hard not to play the guy who is the leading point getter for WR after two weeks. I would probably play him over Dez if i was in your shoes.

He's for real and he's the safer play until they stop talking about Dez Bryants ribs. Add to that the doldrums that Romo appears to be in and ... NICKS is the safer play with fantasy points to show for it... hot hype!

He may be inconsistent, but he's definitely worth starting over your other options. Much more potential for production than your other options. He should receive a significant amount of targets from E. Manning.
