If I had both I think I would actually start Tolbert based on the matchups and situations, especially with no PPR. Tolbert should get any goal line shilznits, which is nice.

Forte hasn't had much success on the ground, and probably won't here, so you would have to hope for a lot of receiving yards from him, once again.

even in a non-PPR format, I think Forte is the better play this week IMO; I would go with the more proven talent
with that said, I wouldn't fault you for starting Tolbert this week as well -- it's a good problem to have
