Steve Smith (CAR) or Dez Bryant?

I play in a very TD heavy league. Should I start Steve Smith (CAR) or Dez Bryant??

I like Bryant because Romo seems to like him and Dallas throws a ton. Bryant has bruised ribs but is listed as probable. Steve Smith has played very well and scored in both games so far... but is playing a good secondary in Cincy and has a new rookie QB throwing him the rock. HELP!?! Thanks.
