I would also seriously starting Knox (or Clayton if u make the deal, though i would stay put...) over Owens at Flex. Id actually play Williams(TB) over Ownes right now at flex too. Robin is outplaying batman in Cinci, and Benson and Gresham are stealing valuable looks as well.
