mjd moss and sims-walker for mendenhall djackson and bryant?

I was offered to trade my MJD, Santana Moss and Mike Sims-Walker for his Rashard Mendenhall, Deshaun Jackson and Dez Bryant.

I have 5 starting rb and was looking to upgrade at the WR position but Im thinking this doesnt really help me much. Am I looking at this wrong?

My other rb: Bradshaw, Foster, Forte, Moreno (hurt) and Stewart.
My other wr: Colston, Boldin and Aromashadu.

I think this trade weakens me at wr and rb...thoughts?

I would totally do this trade. Jacksonville looks horrible and I don't see that changing anytime soon. Mendenhall is a stud right now and should remain so even when Big Ben returns. Desean Jackson is really clicking with Vick's cannon arm at QB so I see him as a huge upgrade over Moss/MSW.
