They haven't announced yet. He probably won't try it out until Fri. Personally I hope he skips a week to get 100% if there is any question. I would rather lose him for a week than a season.
The Rams have a pretty nice schedule, and he is one of the few true non-RBBC backs left in the league.
It's time to put down the crack-pipe and step away from the keyboard.

Yep try drafting MJD, Ray Rice and Shonn Greene, like I did. S.Jax has more production in that one 44 yard TD run than any of the aforementioned RB's have had in a game.
Ouch, yeah SJax is the worst player ever...Hahaha So eyetommy, did you get your bag of beans yet for SJax?
haha no i came to my senses....i was a little on tilt Sunday afternoon since AJ and Sjax both left the field for a bit hahah.
QB: Fitzpatrick RB: Sjax, Charles, Benson, B Wells, WR: A Johnson, R Moss, Marshall , K Britt, Steve Johnson, Dez Bryant, Anthony Gonzalez TE: Z Miller K: Folk Def: Rotate
Steven Jackson (groin, questionable) was not on the field Sunday for the start of Rams pre-game warmups. "It's still early," cautions Mike Sando of ESPN, but it's notable for a player whose status is in so much doubt. Jackson wasn't able to do anything aside from take hand-offs as late in the week as Friday. He'll have made an unbelievably quick recovery if he's able to function in Sunday's game.
"According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Rams RB Steven Jackson will be active, but the team is unsure how much he'll be able to play. Jackson was seen jogging in warmups, and may be limited when he does find the field. He'll be an extremely risky fantasy play. Stay away from Kenneth Darby."
This just makes my decision worse....he will play.....but who knows if he gets more than 10 carries. shit
I don't want him getting hurt any more. I mean I think it's great he's willing to man up and get it done but NFL coaches have to protect players from themselves sometimes.

i 100% agree...whats one game if he reaggravetes it and is out for 4-6 weeks!

especially against a team who is good at stopping the run and you're going to lose to anyway
Rams RB Steven Jackson practiced in full on Friday after seeing limited action Wednesday and Thursday. He's been dealing with a groin injury which he hurt in St. Louis' Week 3 win over the Redskins. (Updated 10/08/2010)
and
Jackson needs 254 yards to tie and 255 yards to break Eric Dickerson's team record for rushing yards. The durable Jackson played through his groin problem in Week 4, going for 124 yards against the Seahawks. He faces a Lions defense that ranks 25th against the run this year, so S-Jax could be primed for another big game. If he gets the green light for Sunday, he should be active in all Fantasy lineups.
